Today we take 6 Star Rank 3 FULLY BOOSTED Cosmic Ghost Rider out for a spin in Act 6, Realm of Legends and Labyrinth of Legends. After this video there is ZERO Doubt in my mind that Cosmic Ghost Rider is going STRAIGHT into the Beyond God Tier Category on the Tier List. When pushed to the absolute limit this Character has just blown me away.
