Today we take our first look at 6 Star Jubilee! – She has access to a super long slow on the SP1 once you get her ramped up and the damage can be quite nice if you get lucky with those SP2 crits, she’s not really a top meta Character imo, but a better than I expected and can have some cool uses in the right matchup!!!
