Since this side quest has us doing act 6 content. I figured I show how Warlock can spank Mr Sinister with the Caustic Temper node. Simply use any one from his Robot Uprising synergy, my go to is OG Vision. You want to keep him to an Sp1. His Sp2 applies Concussion which will prevent you from getting the fury.
